Yes Manchester supporters this is the weekend we have all been waiting for the Manchester Derby as Manchester United take on Manchester City at East-lands.
This game always brings a lot excitement and tension as both teams understand the importance this brings to the fans and that feeling of having the bragging rights over their oppoentents
Manchester City’s new-found spending power has not scared Sir Alex ahead of the clash despite the presence of British record buy Robinho in City’s squad.
Ferguson has bigger concerns such as the pursuit of Chelsea and leaders Liverpool in the title race.
The United boss stated:
“Where are they (City) at the moment?”
“Our threats are Chelsea and Liverpool, who are sitting above us.”
And I agree!! Come on United.

After Hatton’s great return to form after his victory last weekend many people are being rumored to be the next opponent but one in particular has sets his eyes on making the fight happen.
Manny Pacquiao has stated that he is focusing his attentions on a fight with Ricky Hatton but first he has first got to deal with his Oscar De La Hoya on December 6.
Manny Pacquiao is a Filipino superstar regarded as the best pound for pound fighter in the world at present and is a four-weight world champion and.
I think a fight between the Hitman and Pacman wouldbe very entertaining contest between to brilliant fighters but first the Pacman must win his next fight before thinking about taking on the Hitman.

Reports have been announced this week from the home office showing figures claiming that some 3,842 arrests have been made for football-related offences at domestic and international matches in England and Wales last season which is around a 1.22 arrests per game.
The figures also showed just how many court orders were awarded to each club’s fans.
Nationally, there were 3,172 court orders imposed on football fans last season quiet shocking really when you think about it.
The clubs that had the worst-behaved supporters were:
1.Leeds united (152 orders)
2. Cardiff City (136)
3. Millwall (117)
Are you surprised? To be honest I’m not surprised to here that Millwall and Leeds fans were up there with the past they have had, but I am a bit surprised to here that Cardiff fans are.

Ricky Hatton took on Paulie Malignaggi on Saturday at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. in which he had not returned since his defeat to Floyd Maywether Jnr.
This fight marked great importance in Hattons career stating that defeat could see him hanging up his gloves for good 30,000 Hatton fans traveled to Vegas to show their support for the boxer.
During the fight Hatton looked focused and dominated from the second round on wards. I would have to say that his new trainer Floyd Mayweather Snr has had some thing to do with this since joining the Hatton camp.
This victory shows that Hatton is more than capable of continuing on in his career if he remains focused and trains hard.
And there has already been talks of Ricky Hatton taking on the winner between Oscar De La Hoya and Manny Pacquaio

That’s right people believe what I say and that Is that Schumacher is set to return to the tv for all to see but I no what you are thinking! “He retired from formula one”.
And my reply to that is yes he is, the seven time Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher could be receiving a contract from Honda to ride in the 2009 World Superbikes championship.
I’m as shocked as you all but apparently the 39 yr old, has already raced in Germany’s superbike races with Honda this year and is suppose to be a natural on the bike. I think you will find that anything that generates a lot of speed Michael Schumacher is good at.
So look out next season as we might see Schumacher dominating on the super bikes now.

Sources are claiming that City are carefully monitoring the Brazilian, Ronaldo’s rehabilitation from a knee injury, Manchester City were supposed to sign the striker in the last transfer window but the injury closed off the bid.
It is now reported that the interest has reignited and the former Real Madrid and Barcelona striker could be on his way to Eastlands in January.
Eager to return to Europe once he recovers from a knee injury that curtailed his time at AC Milan, Ronaldo appears to have his heart set on Eastlands.
One positive City have to offer besides being the richest club in world is the like of Brazil team-mates Robinho, Elano and Jo who would certainly help him to acclimatize to life in the Premier League.
All I got to say is that I’m glad I’m no city fan because for me he’s past it.

Good news for you Chelsea haters don’t worry I’m one my self, well I said good news its just news that Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has been charged with violent conduct by the Football Association.
This was in good time as the striker started to be finding his form again with goals in the mid-week.
The charge comes after Drogba scoring the opening goal on Wednesday’s Carling Cup tie with Burnley.
It looked like a coin was thrown at him which enraged him and resulted in him making an offensive gesture and throwing the coin back at the visiting fans.
To be honest I don’t know what he was playing at obviously you going to be happy when you score and want to celebrate but running in front of the visiting fans celebrating is obviously going to anger them and cause something to happen which it did.
I am not saying this is acceptable by which ever Burnley supporter that threw the coin and if he or she is caught should also be done.
But this news will hopefully bring some unsettlement in the Chelsea leaving the other clubs to take advantage.

This Saturday us boxing fans are in for another treat I don’t think this will be as good as last weeks encounter between Joe Calzaghe Vs Roy Jones Jnr. But will be a heavy weight battle as .
I don’t know what it is but I’m still unsure whether I like David Haye or not as a fighter and with him being a British fighter I probably should not say that being British my self should be showing support and encouragement in his fight over the American.
There has already some harsh words said about Haye and his promotion of their heavyweight clash at the O2 Arena in London on Saturday night.
For Haye this is only his second experience in the heavyweight division after representing as the former cruiserweight champion and hopes that victory this weekend will propel him to a world title challenge in 2009.
